Hello, I was recently infected with a trojan. I think I managed to stop the trojan using Win Defender and free Malwarebytes. I have also been resetting important passwords.
I am still concerned it may be lingering in my system somehow. Would you all be able to help?

Hello..! Welcome to MalwareTips..! :) My name is icotonev and I'm here to help you remove malware ..!
Please give me some time to examine your logs and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
Thank you..! :)

Thank you!
Although, I was following the steps in this article Windows Trojan Removal Guide: How To Find, Remove, And Fully Clean A Trojan Infection. I was using HitmanPro which caused me to have to reinstall Windows. I selected the option to keep my files. I have attached some updated logs.
For some background, I had preformed an offline Windows defender scan after my initial cleanup and scans. the offline scans did not find anything else.

Were the second logs published after the operating system was reinstalled? Naturally, they are clean, and there are no signs of malware.

yes after reinstall. the reinstall happened after I posted the first logs. the only thing that worries me is since I selected the keep my files option during reinstall, it may not have deleted the malware

To uninstall FRST ....

Rename Frst.exe or Frst64.exe to Uninstall.exe
The computer will reboot, and on boot up will delete ...
%systemdrive%\FRST
and from the directory from which Frst is run, it will delete ...
Frst.txt
Addition.txt
Search.txt
Fixlog.txt
The tool itself

Hello..! :)
Your second set of logs was created after the Windows reinstallation, and they are completely clean.
A reinstall — even with the "Keep my files option" — removes all system areas where malware can persist, and your logs confirm that there are no signs of infection.
At this point, there is nothing left to worry about.(y)
