Problem Posting Config

Please help a hapless new member. I have filled out the Config questions, but I cannot figure out how to actually post it. What am I missing???

Go to the bottom, and you will see a button 'Create Thread'. Click that.

Yep, thanks. I found out that I first had to enter a comment before it worked. Sigh.
