Problem with browser redirects

On occassions my Chrome browser redirects to another URL. I have tride with many of the anti-virus software etc. suggested in this forum but the problem is still there.

A bit strange - What is the admin account MarkLauraSchwenkel at the bottom? The name rings no bells to me....
