Problem with Google Search

I've been having this problem with Google. For the past week I've been noticing that it looks a Little weird. When I try to log in into my google account I get the normal and trustworthy interface, but then when I search anything, it looks all sketchy, and in the upper right corner where it usually appears my account name and the mosaic for the other google tools, I just get a "Sign in" and the mosaic, but none of them works.

I've also noticed that the first second I do get my account name but then it just redirects me to this weird look alike google.

This does not happen in the Google+ or Google Drive pages.

Nor does it changes the url (google.com) when it redirects me to the fake Google.

I tried unistalling and reinstalling Chrome but then I noticed it also happened in IE. Did a McAfee scan and everything looked fine. Also checked installed programs for something strange and nothing was found.

HELP ME PLEASE.

I've been trying to download MikTex and I suspect this has to do with the reason its not letting me download it
