I've also posted on the Microsoft Community Forum. And so far their limited suggestions have not been helpful. Here is the latest suggestion. It has not worked. Another option that you can try is to change the region using the Registry Editor. To get started, follow the steps below: ***Note*** This section, method, or task contains steps that tell you how to modify the registry. However, serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you follow these steps carefully. For added protection, back up the registry before you modify it. Then, you can restore the registry if a problem occurs. For more information about how to back up and restore the registry, refer to the Microsoft Knowledge Base article: How to back up and restore the registry in Windows. 1. To open the Registry Editor, press Win+R simultaneously and type regedit in the Run dialog box. 2. Navigate to Geo key location: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\International\Geo 3. In the right pane, double-click Nation and modify the value. 4. Change the value data to the geographical location identifier number of Canada (39) and click OK. 5. Close the registry and restart your PC. Don't hesitate to post back for additional help. Kind regards. When I have navigated to: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\International\Geo "Geo" is not listed Does anyone here know why?
