Productivity tools to manage time or stay focused

Hi i like to know what productivity tools you recoend for example pomodoros or something to stay focused or manage time like trello, etc.

I'd go with RescueTime and alongside organize myself using MS Office applications like Excel and Outlook calendar.

Resque time seems interesting but the block distract webs or apps are locked in free version something like that but free? something who block pages like Facebook or MalwareTips ( I read MT too much) while you are working or something who block apps who distract you too while working . Put a single button and block every distractor
