Advice Request ProgCop Firewall

Hi,

I regularly check FossHub, for any updates to my software or new additional software, and noticed a new program called ProgCop (An Application Firewall). I was wondering if anyone has used this and has any insight into how it performs and how secure it is? I have linked the software below.

Thanks for the heads up. I was looking at Windows Firewall Control for a while but wasn't sure if it had turned into 'badware' after being swallowed up by Malwarebytes.
