Advice Request Program transfer application

I need a software that can move an installed software from one pc to another!

I need to transfer LOL from one PC to another, as there is no (offline) installer and you have to download 2GB+ of data!

I've found PickMeApp and EaseUS, but I have never used them. If you all know of something better, enlighten moi!

Why use a tool if you can do it manually...just check where the downloaded datas are stored then use an USB. You said iy doesn't have an installer , so i guess it is a portable App so it must ahve a folder containing those datas.

It uses a client to download the app. My bad, I meant off-line installer

Acronis True image will take an image of your whole system and install on new one ,even with different hardware., will have to re-activate windows though.
