The game probably does, but the Anticheat has a root kit with kernel access. He has a pretty good explanation as to why. Overall this is a well done explanation. Personally I wouldn’t trust this and try to avoid games with anti cheats like this. But, they also aren’t the end of the world. Your AV has similar access and risk of being compromised.
