Qihoo 360 Download Not Working?

Qihoo download page hasn't worked all day - anyone else checked this out?

Their home page is working here (USA) but the download just times out and says it's not working.

I must have stripped some important Qihoo folders when I deleted it several months ago and that's keeping it from downloading.
