Is this with default settings or is the Bitdender and or Avira engine activated?

Is this with default settings or is the Bitdender and or Avira engine activated?
Only Avira-Engine was always enabled (beside Qihoo 360 protection modules), you can check all tests, for example the test below:
Containment: Shadow Defender v1.4.0.680
Guest/OS: Windows 10 Home v1903 (Build 18362.113)
Product: Qihoo 360 Total Security v10.6.0.1086 + Avira Local Antivirus Engine enabled
Static (On-demand scan): 14/21
Dynamic (On execution): 4/7
Total: 18/21
SUD: 7 items, please refer to spoiler
VPN: Windscribe Pro v1.83 b20
System Status: before reboot: infected (hollowed iexplore.exe did call out) / after reboot: not clean (ransom notes, but no encrypted files)
Files encrypted: no (though there are ransom notes)
