But still one of the biggest reason why I don't use Quad9 is query time compared to rest (1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8), query time seem to be okay on the central EU area (where 99% clusters are), but not on Northern EU area.

Quad9 support told a week ago, that Sweden is about to get their cluster, in this or next month. Estonia has their cluster since last year, but it doesn't help much in Finland, Sweden or Norway. They also replied that they are working on cluster for Finland, but didn't gave any ETA.

Shady company, with shady background (police) and shady practices (claiming, that merely changing your DNS will make it private/DNSoverTLS).

All companies which offer DNS, claim in way or another "private" or "safe" internet with using their DNS, it's simply way to get more users.

Each big names in this DNS race has something bad (and pretty much all something to do with US)

Google (simply just being with "google" says something about your information status)

Cloudflare (with knowing fact, they still let known criminals and such organizations let use of their services)

Quad9 (pretty unknown source of company, privacy issues possible with information when using DNS, they save more information and don't delete information, even they claim information only for geo usage and security firms usage... not exactly taking direct IP's of the users, security firms only see malicious domains)
