Solved Question about Step 3 removing conduit search

STEP 3: Remove Conduit Search and search.conduit.com browser hijacker with AdwCleaner

As I installed the adwcleaner, and been following the steps. I still need to be sure of it.
After the scan, I have found Some items, so can I just delete all of them?

Agreed. These are all Conduit/Babylon entries.
