I recommend you to add an on-demand scanner to your config. It find's many things that your anti-virus might missed. You can use Malwarebytes or Hitman Pro

I'd recommend throwing a few on-demand scanners in there. The Malwarebytes + HitmanPro is a great and well-known combo for example.
