Rainmeter 2.3 Beta r1364 now available!

- Installer: Changed the path input to be directly editable on portable installs.
- Added new Rainmeter.data file to support future improvements to how default plugin values and other internal Rainmeter information is managed.
- Added internal system tray notifications to welcome new users to Rainmeter and provide notifications of new available versions.
- Several important bug fixes and performance tweaks.

If you're using foobar2000 with Rainmeter, you must install (or update) the foo_cad 1.0.1 plugin (download here).
