Anyone here using rainmeter or rocketdock? How much memory is used? Does it slow down your PC?

none of them are a memory hogger but i have tried both and never use it for these reasons:
-rainmeter: it shows everything on the desktop which i barely see. theres always an app open on the screen, mostly chrome. so its useless to me.
-rocketdock: any app you run from it runs under its process in memory so it rocketdock crash so are your open apps that you opened via rocketdock
