Random cmd pop up

random process called svdhelper.exe opens cmd console and close automatically.
I don't know what happened to my pc.This things are so annoying I can't even run game in full screen because of this popup. It will bring me back to desktop. It appears every 30-40secsonds. what should i do now?
Please help me.
