Since video :) I deleted the ransonware from my father-in-law laptop. when I pressed ctrl+shift+Esc I was able to get task manager up, I didn't know the name of the process but Avira caught it in the second reboot. I saw where it was and deleted it. I saw it msconfig and deactivated it. I don't even know how he got it. at least it away and I am happy I never have such thing. I also have Comodo time machine to back me up if that ever happens.

They are really bad ass these software.
