Perhaps best known for their myriad gaming peripherals with dramatic names, Razer has just made a huge move into the PC hardware space. Announced today at PAX Prime, Razer’s new Blade gaming notebook packs a whole lot of gaming horsepower into an aluminum body that’s less than an inch thick.

here's the video : http://www.razerzone.com/blade#/video-tour

looks cool, but rather expensive though at $2,800 :(

the CEO has good point.

reminds me of mac somehow in the design (only the outer part and the keyboard).

They are doing interesting thing :) I wonder if they make the laptop or someone else.

I have looked at the specs and I much stay that I am not impress, i7 is good but for 2800 you can get a i7-2720qm, 2x AMD Radeon 6990M in crossfire.

from the spec you can get one with "uglier" design for 800 with i7-2630qm

Nice laptop for netbooks. The introduction video was very detailed, a counterpart of Alienware.

I use to like Razer peripherals until I realized how over priced they are. You can get better stuff from Microsoft and Logitech for much cheaper. Their stuff does looks pretty cool though.
