I uses Quad9 on phone just forgot to add it the post, I currently don't use any content filtering I take you're talking about apps like AdGuard, Chrome browser on Android doesn't support extensions to use Chrome extensions you would need to install a other Chromium based broswer with extensions support enabled.
I would of replied earlier to your reply, but due to heath issues am currently suffering from had to prioritise that over non important.
