Some advice from me:
ESET, Malwarebytes and Windows Defender all three as realtime protection?
I would only keep ESET in realtime use the others on demand.
Why 2 adblock extensions (Adblock, and uBlock Origin). uBlock origin should be enough.
You really should do something about a backup. It's your best defense. Nothing on your pc has any value for you?

I also believe that Eset alone would be enough.
I also suggest a backup program.
Macrium Reflect or AOMEI Backupper, in their free versions.

ESET should be enough, you don't need Malwarebytes. You have a firewall and AV covered, add ScriptSafe to your Web browser.

Remove HerdProtect, this is outdated, the author has never updated the software for ages now. This will add a further spot that malicious individuals will target. I would remove this.

Also add Macrium Reflect as your backup solution, going forward with these tips you should be fine.

@Red-ufo: with ESET IS You don't need MWBytes Premium in resident protection, You may keep is for on demand scans.

A PassWord Manager would be welcome, thanks for sharing

Good configuration, Nothing to add. Keeping only eset is enough but if you feel mbam provides something extra and you like then it is a great real time setup.
