after trying to remove search protect by client connect ltd via the control panel and being told that I do not have administrator rights I looked online for some more information and joined this forum. I have removed lots of other rubbish unwanted software from the laptop. Microsoft essentials has been reactivated and a full scan run. I have downloaded farbar recovery scan tool and run the two reports i am now trying to upload them to this thread.
