Remove UToubeAdBBlock 2.2 from Chrome

Can anyone help me to remove this extension?

I've scanned with aswMBR.I upload the log.

I've also Scanned with Eset online and with Trend Micro

Please download zoek.zip or zoek.rar by smeenk (

) from here or here and save it to your Desktop.
Unpack the archive...

• Close any open browsers
• Temporarily disable your AntiVirus program. (If necessary)
  If you are unsure how to do this please read this or this Instruction.
  
• Double click on zoek.exe to run the tool .
  Please wait while the tool does not start...
  
• Copy the text present inside the code box below and paste it into the large window in the zoek tool:

Hi,

I've tried to do what you said but I've had problems executing "Run script".

It says "Error in the script: Path not found". I atach the image.

At the end of the proces, when the notepad is opened, it says: "System couldn't find the specific path" and open a blank notepad file.

What should I do?

Try to disable your Antivirus, and try again...
