Advice Request removing pre-installed bloats/apps

Hi all,

I have issue removing pre-installed apps.
Some games are unable to remove as the system keeps reinstalled it back.
Same for those apps in start menu. Everytime I unpin it, it will still roll back to usual after I restart the laptop.

Any help?

Windows didn't re-install apps for me, people disable telemetry and cloud, then complain Windows doesn't sync up their settings and apps. Keep sync enabled and Windows will never reset your settings nor apps.

Try Dism++ and go to Appx section and remove which you don't need.

I thought you were linking Windows Portable Device app or something. Sorry for that. I'll try it out.
