resetting my new tabs on chrome after Delta Search stole my soul.

I've followed instructions as how to remove delta search from my computer and have taken every step. everything appears fine, my chrome settings all seem in order, however; every time I open a new tab, instead of displaying the "new tab" page with chrome apps and most frequented sites displayed, I get redirected to the delta search website (http://www2.delta-search.com/?babsrc=NT_ss_SU&mntrId=6637CAF73350E57F&affID=121564&tsp=4986)

Can anyone tell me how to stop it redirecting me away from my new tab page?

Download OTL by Old Timer from here and save it to your Desktop.
  • Double click on OTL.exe to run it.
  • Click the Scan All Users checkbox.
  • Check the boxes beside LOP Check and Purity Check
  • Click on Run Scan at the top left hand corner.
  • When done, two Notepad files will open.
    • OTL.txt <-- Will be opened
    • Extra.txt <-- Will be minimized
  • Please attach the contents of these 2 Notepad files in your next reply.
