Hello and sorry for all that, hope you guys figure something out, i thought about running more cleaner mentionned here and there but i've done so many that i slightly lost hope ^^

This is happening only in Chrome, I don't have firefox and IE is running fine.

Try to disable all extensions and see if it happens again.

As it is a part of the chrome reset all settings, I did it before, so I did it manually again and nothing changed

I believe i did not uninstall/reinstall chrome until now... i did it and everything seems fine for the moment
