I followed the steps and used the malware removers to try and get robosaver off of my browsers (I use IE and Chrome). It seems to have worked on IE, but when I open chrome, the ads pop up immediately. I can go into Chrome extensions and delete robosaver, and then am able to use the browser fine until I close it and reopen it again. When i reopen it, the ads are back and the extension is back. Seems like I have gotten it part of the way gone, but something must still be in my system to make the ads start when i open chrome each time.
