This thread to talk about RogueKillerCMD, command line version of RogueKiller.
The soft can scan your machine for malware (and remove), but also can list elements and inspect your system, and make some manipulations (removal, edition).

I use your RK.exe setup on infected PCs which scans pretty quickly and it is always on my USB drive and if Windows fails to boot, I use Livecd AVs to remove malware. Thanks for the update and I already downloaded just now!
