What about backups do you do any if not i would like to suggest Macrium Reflect or Aomei Backupper both have a free and reliable version.

I mean if you avoid dogey sites Smartscreen won't bother you. It works at kernal level so its highly recommended to enable it.

Hello, I also suggest you to enable OS File Reputation, and then install also a good backup solution.

You can install HTTPS Everywhere for Opera.
