VT is 38/60, so I'd use it for testing your AV's BB / HIPS, as signatures will most likely catch it easily.
@amdfanboy As far as I know, the only way to fight ransomwares is to prevent the encryption, I don't think there is a safe way to decrypt files on an infected system.

What @ctrlz said. I suggest you go here, read the preparation guide and then open a topic there to help clean the infection. Unfortunately I'm not aware of any decryptor for Salsa222 so I don't believe you'll be able to restore your files. Having a good data backup solution is the best defence against ransomware.
