This month the epic court war of Apple vs Samsung is taking place and the newest battle is in: Apple is presenting a set of slides which accuse Samsung of straight up copying their designs for mobile device icons. In each of the following slides (included in this post) you’ll find Apple’s presentation (via CNET) to be quite convincing in some areas and perhaps a bit of a reach in others. It’s all up to your own senses, of course, until the jury is able to reach a conclusion of their own in this massive and multi-faceted case.

and in few months, Apple will sue all phone companies for producing mobile phones...ridiculous Apple, they should focus on creating something unique rather than suing their rivals.

Next time phone's screens will be circular in shape. :p

Edit: Wait, that settings gear was used in KDE too. Apple, you're acting childish.

And again no one cares Apple.

Apple can't create good news for the tech blogs, it's always the same old rubbish.

The huge idiocity shown by Apple for pursuing this case is immensely big. They should pull out before they become either counter-sued (Sony for example), or simply get thrown out of court with a fine.
