I do not use sandbox MBAE I use Reason and Core Security.

Just using VM at default configuration, using shared folders only for non-malware testing purposes.

Very simple. no issues and infections can easily determine by human error.

Moreover, in the browser I have installed VirusTotal also when downloading any files that are scanned immediately if they are not infected.

I use Sandboxie to run software that seem suspicious to me, of course alongside my security suite. To me any software might be suspicious if it phones home and has bundled apps built in or asked to install, has ads or too many services and drivers.
