Scanning with multiple user accounts

Hi, I performed cleaned my pc of malware, it seems clean. I followed the steps here: http://malwaretips.com/blogs/malware-removal-guide-for-windows/

I just want to know do i need to do these scans on each user account, or am ok.

Hi,

Normally there is no need to do the scan in Each User Account. Run the Scan one Administrative User Account.
But it is not a Bad Idea to scan using ADWCLEANER and JUNKWARE REMOVAL TOOL in each user account.
