Kaspersky showed 65 disinfected objects after a full scan, but there's nothing in the quarantine folder.

Could someone please explain what's happening here? It's not like I use pirated applications or anything. All I have installed on my PC so far are a handful of well-known, legit apps (Daz3d, Steam etc). Also, I noticed Kaspersky doesn't have any further info on these 65 disinfected objects, and the quarantine folder is empty. So could this be an error message that mistakenly shows 65 disinfected objects with a full scan even though there are no infected items?

I did a couple more Kaspersky full scans after that incident, and all of them came clean.

I did second opinion scans with Norton Power Eraser/ESET Online Scanner/HitmanPro and Emsisoft Emergency Kit and Microsoft Defender secondary scan, and they all came up clean as well, so could this be an annoying false positive?

to note This all happened after Kaspersky upgraded to the latest version, 21.23.6.614, and also I updated Windows 11 to the latest version a few hours earlier, but I couldn't figure out any connection.

I'm seriously disappointed with this situation. I installed a reputable antivirus program, never installed illegitimate software, didn't visit shady websites, never opened any email from unknown sources, only bought Steam games from big developers like Ubisoft, never used any Steam game mods and still It seemed I had 65 infected objects on my computer just sitting there according to Kaspersky.

Finally, I'm not trying to put dirt on Kaspersky, but I did use Bitdefender previously for a year or so, and it never once bothered me with a situation like this.

All I want to figure out is whether this is a Kaspersky error or a real situation where I need to clean-format my computer.

Much appreciate for any assistance.

Based on the screenshots, I saw Txt files in your OneDrive detected as Eicar Test by Kaspersky.
It is important to note that Eicar is not a virus but a string of characters used to test whether the antivirus is active.

As requested by @harlan4096 I would also like to see the report of the 65 detections to see if it is just Eicar or something else....
