search.anysearchmanager has hijack my computer

I have scanned my computer with malware 3 times and it deleted this extension. I have restarted multiple times. I found the profile and deleted it then restarted. It has made itself my home page and disabled my ability to change the homepage!

I restarted again and it was finally gone !
