Hello,

Here is a tutorial: How to search YouTube videos with Google Omnibox. :)

1. Go to YouTube - www.youtube.com
2. Right-click on YouTube search bar and choose: Add as search engine...

3. Confirm action on the pop-up by clicking OK

4. Start typing "youtube" in the address bar. After a few letters, the address bar will automatically offer you the option to search the site.

5. Hit Tab on your keyboard to convert the address bar into a search box for the site.

6. Then type what you're looking for and press Enter.

@Fedora I guess that Chrome added YouTube search automatically under Search engines list.
You can remove it under: Settings => Manage search engines... => Other search engines
