I'd advise you remove ASC,Iobit malware fighter and keep only IOBit Uninstaller. Use MalwareBytes Anti-Malware or Zemana AM as On-Demand scanners. Also, keep a copy of Kaspersky Rescue Disk 10 on CD/USB as an added tool to get rid of malwares when your windows isn't bootable.
Consider switching to MS account for added security via the use of PINs or Biometrics.
Use a password manager like LastPass or Enpass to keep all your credentials in a safe place(This step is optional)

He is using Kaspersky IS 2016.

Yeah, you should remove IObit MalwareFIghter and replace it with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, Crystal Security, HitmanPro or Zemana as @frogboy have suggested. :) Those 4 on-demand scanners are more reliable and effective than IObit MalwareFighter. Thanks for sharing your config. :)

EDIT: Enable SmartScreen (OS File Reputation).

Are you using Kaspersky Internet Security? You mentioned 3rd party firewall over Windows itself.

Enable OS Reputation aka. Smartscreen for your protection basis which you can activate via Settings or Control Panel.

What is your UAC setting? Please edit your thread to include that.
What version of Kaspersky are you using? Please edit your thread to include that
What browser are you using and extensions/addons if any?
I would recommend enabling Smartscreen
There are much better choices for on demand scanners than IObit Malware fighter.I would suggest removing that in favor of much better free on demand scanners that are available.
CCleaner is more than enough you could probably remove ASC
What if anything do you use for system back ups?
You can use the edit thread feature in the "Thread Tools" dropdown on the upper right of your original post.
Thanks for sharing your config :)

Make sure that UAC is at least default, renable Smartscreen, and finally add Zemana as a scanner. Kaspersky is one of the best AVs out there but everyone needs a little help once in awhile. :)
