securtiy defender infection

My computer became infected with security defender. Got in when I opened an e-mail that supposedly was from fedex. I knew immediately when I looked at who it was from but it was to late. I ran the fix program and everything worked except I could not get the Emisisoft Emergency Kit to run. When I got to the "Emsisoft Emergency Kit" section it told me to run a .bat file.
When I run that file I got an error that it can't find "a2emergencykit.exe". Not sure if I need to do more or just let it go.
