Seeking a program that detects changes in windows

I'm looking for a program that does the following:
Identify the status of a computer. (safepoint)
after rebooting,log ALL changes to the system (dirtypoint), including register, filing, etc etc.

I want full log comparing Dirtypoint and safepoint.

I need file monitoring, configurations monitoring, reg monitoring, gpo monitoring...

this can be ok for reg, but I prefer AIO.
