Server 2012 Coinminor Trojon

hi, I have a server 2012. No antivirus was installed. it get infected with Coinminor Trojen. Now it is not letting me to install any type of antivirus. i tried with adwcleaner, Eset online Scanner, rkill. but the virus coming again. Can anyone help to sort out this issue please.
