Troubleshoot Services help Failed to read ..

Hi when I open services panel ,all of the description info under that tab is Failed to read description error code 2 .Anybody have a fix pls .Thks

Have you uninstalled any software recently, which was running a service?

At first try System Restore Windows 10

Then Run SFC Command in Windows 10

Thks for reply TairikuOkami I did uninstall some software but can't see which one of the 3 did that.I looked online and there is a reg entry that needs to be added to fix the problem.All is good now.
