Advice Request Setting up NextDNS in Linux Mint

[Overkill]

I can't get this working...I'm not sure if I answered the questions in terminal correctly. The only one I said no to is "Setup as a router? [Y|n]: n"
I copied the installation, look at Spoiler....

sudo systemd-resolve --flush-cache

Why not add NextDNS directly into IPv4 in network settings?

This was my problem...there is something listening in port 53, most likely systemd-resolved. If you don’t intend to install it as a router, do “sudo nextdns config set -setup-router=false” then “sudo nextdns restart”.
