Troubleshoot Setup wizard problems

Infected operating system: 9.0 ----- I think.

Infected device: Samsung G3 9.0

Infected device issues: Woke up other morning and a setup wizard run running in my phone. Had been for a long time. Phone is slow. Non responsive. Nothing is rite about it. I cant even answer calls half the time it's so slow.

Steps taken to remove the infection: Have tried 3 different phone cleaners and deleting just about all I can
