I have moved to this new computer just two weeks ago. Hence this relatively poor configuration. I, of course, intend to install many other programs and plug-ins in the future.
Any suggestions?
I especially do care about security. On my old computers I had really tough clashes with viruses, trojans, and all other types of malware. And, guess what! - I lost. So I had to leave the battlefield and move to this new computer. But one day, when I acquire enough knowledge and skills, I plan to get back an reconquer my old machines.

First of all what are your purpose to download malware samples and visiting phishing sites? You need to take extra precaution for doing that which better conduct on a separate computer instead. (Virtual Machine can be alternative as long you have enough RAM and cores)

On demand scanners are pretty good to scan once a week: MBAM and Hitman Pro or Zemana Anti Malware.

Extensions and Plugins: Adguard extension or Ublock, and HTTPS Everywhere.

Other software to considered: CCleaner

Then backup can be your built in feature from Windows or third party program like Macrium Reflect or AOIMEI Backupper.

Which antivirus version of Bitdefender? Free or trial/paid version? Well its fine to have that and better add Sandboxie to guide from your surfing habits.

Add Malwarebytes,Zemana isn't free. Consider adding a Wise Disk Cleaner is better than CCleaner and it's free.

Hi, I agree with @jamescv7 and @Malware Test , I suggest you to install Auslogics Disk Defrag, which can improve the speed of the PC, then you can install Collusion extension for your browser, which allows you to know which sites are tracking you.
In addition you can install a backup solution, such as Iperius Backup Free. Thanks for sharing it ;)
