Since you mentioned downloading malware samples, its better to conduct testing on a isolated environment like another computer or install Virtual Machine. Overall good configuration.

@Siraj To find out your User Access Control settings.
Open Run command (Win+R), paste without quotes "UserAccountControlSettings", hit Enter. Either post a screenshot or update your config.

As for extensions, consider swapping Adblock for uBlock :)
As an Adblock user myself, for what reason?

For Updates of Config, when i click on edit, config form does not appear to update
