Sling Tv are crooks, charging people for service they haven't received or charging people after they cancelled their trial. They say they have a no refund policy, a rep from Sling told me I am right but they have no power to offer me a refund. So their policy is to not refund the customer even if Sling is wrong? Worst customer service ever. If you need to contact Sling go online and search their sales number when prompted on the phone pick new customer then tell the rep you need support and they will help you immediately, so they will answer sales calls in 2 seconds and leave you hanging on support for hours, slimy company.
