Hello , so this problem appeared in June this year , i think it was after an windows update. Asked many forums and sites how can i fix it , tried everything they said but nothing work . Hope that you guys can help me

The problem is : After a windows update everything is slow:
- games that had 60+ fps now have 20-30 .
- can't watch youtube vids in 1080 , have to change it to 720p to watch it without frame dropping
- it takes like 5+ seconds to open the Chrome , it took like 1-2 seconds before
- loading the internet pages is slow
- Sometimes it shows that my cpu and ram is used 70+% but when i look it task manager is nothing there

Try running Windows Update Cleanup commands and post back.
Open CMD in elevated mode
1.Use this command to analyze whether cleanup is needed or not.
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /AnalyzeComponentStore
2. If cleanup is recommended, use this (Mind you! after using this command you will be unable uninstall the updates)
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup /ResetBase
3. Completely optional, try a reboot.

Excluding the malware infection you can check for the temperature as suggested in MRA.
You can install https://www.piriform.com/speccy

And can you post a screenshot of the active processes and CPU load using the task manager when system is slow?
