This speed isn't bad at all. When I had an internet speed of 127 kbps, to have a 50kb/s download speed for me was something extremely fast And we found that our ISP was cheating us (we were paying the price of 4mbps when we had the 127kbps), so when we upgraded to 4mpbs internet speed, they gave us an offer so that we don't feel that they cheated us. I hate our ISP, they love money.
