Software Updater: CNET Tracker + FileHippo Update Checker
PDF Reader: Adobe Reader latest Version
UAC: Turned Off
Windows Updates: Recommended Settings
Defragment: Defraggler
 
You could consider having Emsisoft Emergency Kit, Hitman Pro, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware or all 3 as on demand scan.

Backup utility, I do recommend Paragon backup and recovery free, but you can still choose Acronis, Macrium or even Windows 7 built in solution.

Decent config.

Haven't really looked at BDIS 2013 yet. Any custom settings or all default?
 
Doesn't CNET Tracker have/use OpenCandy?

amm , i want free software , acronis is paid one ..
does paragon backup has scheduler to automate backing up the whole system?

i use Bitdefender with default settings, it works like a charm .. so soft, unlike 2012

I dont use scheduled tasks but they do have it. Have a look. no harm in trying.
