SMART HDD infection

I normally use Opera, needed to use IE9 for company intranet site, opened, box jumped up saying I needed to update flash, clicked yes, then got multiple boxes opening saying HD was failing. Happened 17th April 2012. Followed steps here:

Hitman Pro does not have the option for free trial, scans still show infections, but cannot remove as no free trial option available.[attachment=1147][attachment=1148]
